About Evie

Hi, I’m Evie Lynch.

I am degree qualified naturopath, passionate about helping women feel their best for all that life has to throw at us.

My personal journey to Naturopathy came about after a decade long career in the food manufacturing industry, working in the space of quality assurance, product development and project management.

Food has always been a love of mine!

During my time in the food industry I got an up close view of not only how food is produced for national scale but also some of the driving factors and pressures for what makes it onto the supermarket shelves and how that can influence food quality - at a nutritional level.

This is where my love for food and health began to intersect and became the catalyst for returning to study.

Initially I enrolled in the Bachelor of Nutrition, but soon discovered herbal medicine and decided I needed to be able to employ these too and so changed into the Naturopathy degree.

In the end, staying true to my love of food I choose all my electives to be the same as the nutrition stream - I couldn’t get a double degree but I could get the knowledge!

It was through my very first naturopath changing the game with my eczema that had me hooked.

I had battled eczema for decades at that point with little to no relief or even hope of any change from the medical model and feeling so frustrated and not quite yet ready to just resign to it I tried naturopathy and with a dose of education, diet changes and herbal medicine it all shifted!

I have also seen through my clients time and time again the power of the natural and holistic approach to health and wellness.

In this busy and unpredictable world I can help you strive for achievable and sustainable progress, not perfection, to support your health journey and make lasting, positive changes.

Using tools such as herbal medicine, nutrition, energetic remedies, lifestyle medicine and mindset, we work on your goals to address the root cause and remove the barriers to optimal health blending both evidence based practices and traditional knowledge.

Based in Melbourne, I practice online and from a stunning clinic just off the high street of Ringwood East and a wonderful space in Selby, Victoria. I work with people all over Australia.

I am also the fur mum to two very cute fluff balls… You can meet them HERE and you will also see them from time to time on my socials!
